Contact Information Issues:

  • Disconnected number (verified by our team)

  • Wrong number (verified by our team)

Mismatch:

  • Incorrect legal category (correct category will be specified)

  • Wrong location (actual location will be provided)

Pre-existing Legal Coverage:

  • Lead had an active legal plan at the time of request (duration will be noted)

Request Validity:

  • Lead did not submit a request (details will be provided)

  • Issue is not a legal matter (specifics will be given)

Duplicate Submission:

  • Lead is a duplicate (original submission will be identified)

Language Barrier:

  • Foreign language not handled by the attorney (language will be specified)

Communication Issues:

  • Gibberish comments or SPAM (explanation provided if not obvious)

  • Voicemail box full or not set up (after 4 days of attempted contact via email, phone, and text)

Eligibility Concerns:

  • Underage lead (current age will be specified)

  • Statute of limitations has passed (for injury category attorneys only)

  • At-fault party in auto accident (for auto accident injury attorneys only)

  • No pending charges (for criminal defense attorneys only)

  • Debt below requested minimum (for bankruptcy attorneys only)

  • Federal CPS case (for family law attorneys only)

  • Currently incarcerated (for legal plan accounts only)

Please note: "No Contact" leads are not eligible for refunds.

Verification Process

Our verification team will call on potentially invalid leads, confirm the issue, and grant a credit to your account balance for replacement leads.

Important Considerations

A certain percentage of unreachable leads is standard across all lead generation verticals.

Leads with working voicemail are considered valid.

While we strive to minimize "no contact" leads, we cannot control lead availability.

Attorneys are expected to make their best effort to contact leads via phone, email, and text.

Overall Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Investment (ROI) should be the primary focus, rather than individual lead outcomes.
